Upload Documents to your helloPay Account


Follow the steps below to upload documents.

1. Log in to your helloPay account.

2. On the drop-down menu, click Account Settings.

Go to Account Settings

3. Click Manage your Documents.

Upload 1 proof of identification

4. Upload 1 proof of identification (POI) and 1 proof of address (POA) to proceed with the verification.

Valid POI accepted: passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, TIN card, Postal ID, PRC ID, voter's ID
Valid POA accepted: utility bill, bank statement

Upload 1 proof of address

  • Please cover or blur sensitive bank information when scanning or taking photos of documents for uploading.
  • Our data collection process is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal information in accordance with helloPay's Privacy Policy.
  • Account upgrade will be confirmed by an automated e-mail 1 to 2 business days after the documents have been uploaded.
